Residential and Commercial Design Services
An initial consultation is the first step — two hours/$250. At this first meeting, we’ll review plans or evaluate your home, needs and style. Complete measurements and full assessment takes place. Soon after, you will be presented with a personalized and custom design scheme, floor plan and necessary swatches and samples. (Product selection will not be limited to www.MilieuHomeGoods.com).
Custom scheme may include the following, based on budget and scope of project:
• Custom or stock furniture and case goods
• Soft goods (pillows, window treatments, rugs)
• Lighting
• Accent furniture (such as occasional tables, ottomans)
• Paint color or wall covering
• Wall décor
• Revisions/recommendations to architect plans
Add-ons may be available for additional fees:
• Designer installation — we’ll decorate your room(s) while you’re out!
• Window treatment installations
